(Explore Tangerang) : Daily Things in Pasar Lama (Tangerang’s Chinatown)

Happy Youth’s Oath for all Indonesian youth!
Yay!!! It’s the moment we all become one nation, one motherland, one national language and until now Indonesia has no problem related to national language while there are more than 500 languages spoken (though some have already been extinct). Well, Indonesia is more than just naturally multiracial nations, but also coloured by various nations like Chinese, Arabs, European and many more but all become one.

These photos just tell about daily things in Pasar Lama (Tangerang’s Chinatown) of Tangerang, Banten. It covers Jalan Kisamaun and its surroundings as well as its strategic position in the downtown. Well, pictures tell more than words.

Enjoy it!

Great photography! You can’t take bakchang because of pork, right? I believe there are substitute bakchang where it’s vegetarian.

Why can’t you eat bacang? Is it because as Kally said, it has pork? I’m sure some of them are halal…maybe those are sold elsewhere 🙂

    1. The traditional bacang is not
..but I’m not into it hehe…just for halal version I’ll have it

Glad there is halal bacang these days. Usually two thirds of a regular bacang makes me full. All that glutinous rice… 😀

      2. Yes, the famous one is from Bandung..
