Indonesia, particularly Javanese people are fond of cassava as their alternative staple food. From cassava, you can made various delicious food and cakes as well as cassava flour, though it has very low gluten than wheat flour.
In several occasions, traditional cakes are served with pattern and in lovely arrangement. Have enjoy it and special for this weekend challenge.
All are made of cassava and glutinous rice!
